Also you might want to remove custom hair meshes, cuz it’s more likely going to clip through. Issues: during some animations outfit a little bit may distort, nothing really serious, but I think it’s worth to mention.As I saw one for toddlers by thought why not to try convert this cute outfit for babies as well :) Here is bear outfit conversion for sims 3 babies from sims 4 Infant update.
